To submit a picture file with a caption or a text message follow these instructions:
To submit a picture file with a caption:
Fill in the required fields
Select the area where you want the picture to appear
Click the "Browse..." button.
Select a picture file to upload.
Next, fill in the "Caption or Message" field
Then click the "Submit My Data" button.
Important: The width and height of the picture should be 215 pixel by
161 pixel and the size of the file should be less than 25k.
To submit your message:
Fill in the required fields
Select the area where you want the message to appear.
Enter your message in the "Caption or Message" field.
Click "Submit My Data" button.
All submissions are routed to Barcar.com Editorial. Postings should appear within 24 hours.
